Hope Hills Kids
Kids need safe, fun environments to connect with God for worship and with other kids for friendship.
We believe our role as a church is to step alongside parents and guardians as they disciple their children to know, love and follow God that is appropriate to their age and stage of development.
To help with this, we work to create safe, fun environments for your kids to connect with God and with other kids. We do this through Sunday morning kids classes, summer kids camps and various family-friendly community events we host throughout the year.
Age 3 - Grade 3
On Sunday mornings, we provide a safe, fun environment for kids Age 3 to Grade 3 to learn about God, be creative with crafts and have fun with other kids.
Parents check-in their kids and get a security label when you arrive for the church service.
Grades 4-6
We host a monthly program on a Friday from 6:30-8:00pm for kids in Grades 4-6 that includes fun games, Bible study, snacks and community projects.
The program takes place in the same gym as our church service (at Kenneth D. Taylor School).
Abuse Prevention & Reporting
Safety for all we minister to is a core value at Hope Hills. We do all we can to ensure your kids are safe while they are with us and that we are following all provincial rules.
» Parents are required to check-in their kids and receive a safety label for pickup during Sunday worship services.
» Background checks and abuse prevention training are required for all volunteers in the kids ministry.
» Policies such as two-adults in the room and appropriate touch rules are followed.
